  of the cell is often hypothesized rather than directly observed. With the
  rise of super-resolution methods\, reaching a novel understanding of cell
  organization is now possible. In this seminar\, I will first show how STE
 D let us redefine the organization of the adherens junction and polarity p
 roteins in the human intestinal epithelium. Then\, I will discuss our ongo
 ing effort using DNA-PAINT to uncover the organization of the developing m
 uscle at 5 nm resolution.
