 skills to design and implement High-Performance Computing (HPC) compliant 
 data analysis workflows using Snakemake. Through hands-on exercises and pr
 actical demonstrations\, attendees will learn how to harness the power of 
 this workflow manager to utilize HPC resources effectively and ensure repr
 oducibility in their data analysis workflows. The Snakemake workflow syste
 m is widely used in bioinformatics\, experimental physics and other data a
 nalysis fields. We will not cover the basic of deep learning or how to des
 ign a neural network in MATLAB. The presentation will be held online and i
 n English. Registration is required. Please note: We highly recommend join
 ing the second MATLAB Tutorial Part: Scaling Parallel Computing with MATLA
 B to HPC @ TU Dresden before you join this one. This tutorial will utilize
  knowledge and setup from that workshop to submit deep learning jobs to th
