- Dr. Elisha Krieg, junior research group leader at the IPF Institute for Biofunctional Polymer Materials (IBP), was awarded the status of TUD Young Investigator at TU Dresden (TUD), Faculty of Chemistry and Food Chemistry in 2021. As a TUD Young Investigator, he will be able to independently supervise doctoral students. Elisha leads the group Programmable Nanomaterials and Devices based on DNA and is funded by the NanoMatFutur program of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). He was awarded the PhD in Chemistry by the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel before moving to his postdoctoral appointment at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute at Harvard University, USA. #TUD #IPF #cfaed
