Learning in Biology Symposium is organized by the Max Planck Institute of
Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics (MPI-CBG) and the Cluster of Excellen
ce Physics of Life (PoL).&amp\;nbsp\;</p><p>Machine Learning is rapidly ex
panding\, playing a crucial role in solving various problems\, particularl
y in biophysics.</p><p>The data analysis in life sciences stands to gain i
mmensely from advanced tools developed by Machine Learning experts. To bri
dge the gap between these two worlds\, we invite researchers in the life s
cience field to join the Symposium. At this event\, Machine Learning exper
ts will showcase how advanced techniques can significantly enhance researc
h.</p><p>The Symposium promises a full day of talks featuring outstanding
scientists from the Saxony region\, including representatives from TUD\, M
PI-CBG\, Max Planck Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences (MPI MiS)\,
Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR)\, and the National Center for
Tumor Diseases Dresden (NCT/UCC).</p><p>The primary objective of the sympo
sium is to deepen understanding of Machine Learning's role in solving biom
edical problems\, tailored specifically for researchers in Saxony. This ev
ent is a collaborative effort by Saxony to benefit researchers in the regi
 on.</p><p>&amp\;nbsp\;</p><p>Talks</p><ul><li>Otger Campás – Introducti
