 sis of a popular book on particle physics I have written with the Springer
  Verlag with 6 co-authors and entitled: Faszinierende Teilchenphysik\, wri
 tten in German. An English version is currently in preparation. I entered 
 work on outreach 23 years ago with the Physikshow Bonn. There we also deve
 loped a show on particle physics. I show how this experience in explaining
  (particle) physics to a wider audience inspired the book. I shall bring a
 long several demonstration experiments to illustrate this effect.</p>  <p>
