 p><strong>Abstract: </strong>In my talk <strong>“Closing the Gap: From G
 enes to Diagnosis”</strong>\, I will address a central challenge in huma
 n genetics: translating genetic findings into clinically meaningful diagno
 stic information. Despite rapid advances in sequencing technologies\, subs
 tantial gaps remain between identifying genetic variants and interpreting 
 their clinical relevance. I will outline how we systematically integrate g
 enomic data from patients with molecular\, cellular\, biochemical\, and cl
 inical findings to accelerate and refine diagnostic workflows. Through int
 egrative analyses\, functional validation\, and interdisciplinary collabor
 ation\, we aim to deepen our understanding of disease mechanisms\, identif
 y diagnostic markers\, and ultimately improve patient-centered decision-ma
 king. In doing so\, this work contributes to closing the persistent gap be
 tween genetic information and clinical diagnosis.</p>
